In order to recoup the costs of the project, there is a registration fee for industry attendees equivalent to a bronze sponsorship level if your company is not already sponsoring the project.     Travel and accommodations costs for invited attendees will be covered by the project.

     

    Flights:

    ✈️ Due to limited staff capacity, we would ask that you book your own flights and submit receipts for reimbursement after the meeting. Please download our reimbursement policy and instructions here.

    *Industry attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

    The meeting is planned to begin between 3:00-4:00 PM on Wednesday September, 23 and conclude by 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 24. Please plan your travel accordingly.

    💺 We cannot reimburse first class or business class airfares, but can reimburse the economy fare if you choose to pay the difference on your own. 

    Please note that if your travel dates differ from the meeting dates, we can reimburse the lower amount of 1) the price of an itinerary arriving September 23 and departing September 25, or 2) your actual airfare. 

    🚍 Airport transfers: The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. It is approximately a 10-minute drive from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 30 minutes from Dulles (IAD) or 1 hour from Baltimore-Washington (BWI). We will reimburse taxi or rideshare fares to/from the airport.

    It is also easily accessible via Metro (Rosslyn station on the Blue Line; from DCA, take the Blue Line in Downtown Largo direction for 5 stops, then walk 2 blocks).
